Every good yard starts on paper. Franklin Chavez has spent 15 years designing landscapes, and he starts each one the same way: on site, with a tape and a notebook. We measure the property, note the sun, slope, soil and drainage, and talk through how you actually want to use the space. From there the plan is drawn in professional design software and turned into AI-generated renderings, so you can see your finished yard — the patio, the plantings, the walls and the lighting — before a single shovel goes in the ground. We bring sample materials to your home so you can hold the pavers, see the rock colors against your house and choose with confidence. When the design is right, the same crew installs it.
