FC Millennium Green is run by Franklin Chavez, an experienced landscape designer with 15 years of designing yards and 15 years of installing them. Based in Sandy, we work across Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Summit, Tooele and Weber counties — from new builds on bare dirt to full makeovers of established yards.
Every project starts with a visit to measure the site. Franklin draws the design in professional design software and uses AI rendering to show you the finished yard before any work begins, and we bring sample materials to your home so you can pick pavers, stone and rock in person. Then the same team that designed it builds it.
Xeriscape design is our specialty — water-wise yards that suit Utah's climate and still look lush. We also install sod and artificial turf, sprinklers and drip systems, block and boulder retaining walls, pavers and pathways, decks, fire pits, fencing, flowers, shrubs and mulch. We're open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and returning customers get 10% off.
